Strawberry Mousse with Condensed Milk

THE PRIMARY INGREDIENTS IN THIS RECIPE ARE:

- Strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and cream

 

STRAWBERRY MOUSSE METHOD:

Strawberries should be washed, stemmed, and cut into pieces. Place the strawberries in a blender and blend on high until the mixture is homogeneous.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk and the strawberry cream. Whip the cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a spatula. Refrigerate the mousse in individual bowls for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve the mousse garnished with strawberries.

  • 397 grams (14 ounces) condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to beat the cream

  • 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
