Ingredients

125 gr ham cubes

125 gr grated cheese

4 medium eggs

45 gr green pepper

1 stalk celery

1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp pepper

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°F. Cut the bell pepper and celery into small pieces on a large cutting board. Then, in a food processor, finely grind the ham. Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Divide the mixture evenly among the 6 muffin cups. Place the aluminum muffin tins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown, in a preheated oven.

Allow the muffins to cool for 10 minutes in the pan on a rack. Remove the muffins from the mold and serve immediately.
