Omelette with Tomato and Ham From the Oven


A tasty low-carb main course, omelet from the oven. This is a delicious egg recipe with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato, and ham. The eggs remain very juicy because they are baked in the oven.

8 medium eggs

235 ml milk

85 gr cooked diced ham

55 gr cheddar cheese

55 gr mozzarella cheese

2 tsp fried onions or onion powder

2 tomatoes, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Grease a baking dish (20×20 cm) with butter or olive oil and set it aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Then add the salt, pepper, tomato, ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and dried onions to the bowl. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Bake the eggs in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
