Endive Avocado Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 large hand pre-cut endive

150ml. kefir or yogurt / cottage cheese

250 ml cold water Ice cubes or crushed ice

1 banana

Preparation method

Deseed and peel the avocado.

Cut the banana and avocado into pieces, put everything together in the blender and mix it together.

 

Endive Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

200 grams of endive

200 grams of raspberries

Half avocado

250 ml cold water Ice cubes or crushed ice

Preparation method

Finely chop the endive and pit the avocado, put them together in the blender with the water, mix and put it in a glass. Then put the raspberries together in the blender, mix it together (with possibly a little more water), pour this on top of the green part.

 

Avocado Banana Alfalfa Smoothie

Ingredients

1 avocado

40 grams of alfalfa

250 ml almond milk or cold water ice cubes

Preparation method

Deseed and peel the avocado. Cut the banana into pieces, put everything together in the blender and mix it together.

 

Celery Cucumber Smoothie

1 pear

150 gr cucumber

10 mint leaves

1 stalk celery

1 banana

2 handfuls of kale

1 tablespoon squeezed lemon

250 ml cold waterIce cubes/pieces

Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation method

Broccoli Pear Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 pear

200 grams broccoli

250 grams pineapple

250ml water Ice cubes/crushed ice

Preparation method

Cut the pear and pineapple into pieces, also finely chop the broccoli florets. Put everything together in the blender and mix it together.

2 squeezed oranges
