Cauliflower Broccoli Dish with Chicken

Ingredients

 

1 cauliflower, cut into florets

1 broccoli, cut into florets

400 gr chicken cubes

1 tsp chicken herbs or other spice mix

200 gr cream cheese

100 ml cooking cream

100 gr grated mozzarella or other grated cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika powder

salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and add the florets to a pan filled with a little water. Bring the water to the boil and cook the vegetables with the lid on the pan for about 5-6 minutes.

In the meantime, season the chicken cubes with your favorite spice mix and fry them in a pan with butter within 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Mix the cream cheese, cream cheese and mozzarella together in a large bowl.

Add the spices and mix well again. After cooking the vegetables, drain the water well and, if necessary, pat the vegetables dry with a sheet of kitchen paper. Add the vegetables to the bowl with the cream cheese and stir well. Finally, add the fried chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well again.

Add the contents of the bowl to a greased oven dish and distribute the vegetables and chicken evenly. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Cut into 4 portions and enjoy!
