
Cauliflower Bread Sandwich With Tuna Salad
Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork. Stir in the softened butter and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. put the mousse in the fridge until you need it. Heat the cauliflower bread in the oven or in a toaster if desired.
Place the lettuce leaves on a piece of cauliflower bread and divide the tuna mousse, cucumber and watercress over it.
Make it a sandwich by putting the other piece of cauliflower bread on it
