Bacon, Egg, Avocado and Tomato Salad

Bacon, egg, avocado, and tomato salad is a delicious low-carb appetizer!
This is a healthy salad that is quick and simple to make. I used an egg and avocado in this salad.

1/2 ripe avocado, cut into pieces

2 boiled eggs, cut into pieces

1 medium tomato, diced

Juice of a lemon wedge

2 strips of fried bacon, crumbled

50 gr lamb's lettuce or arugula

1/4 cucumber, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Don't stir too much, just enough to mash some avocado and egg pieces. As an appetizer or side dish, serve the salad. Have a delicious meal!
