Avocado and Green Tea Power Shake

This shake is ready within 5 minutes and you can drink it on the go. Perfect for people who are often in a rush in the morning and therefore forget to have breakfast. This breakfast shake is a good choice. The shake contains a lot of proteins and unsaturated fats. These nutrients make you feel full, making you less likely to snack in the morning. This recipe also uses protein powder. Protein powder gives the shake a thicker structure and a sweet taste.

Supplies: – Vanilla protein powder – Stevia sweetener


290 ml unsweetened almond milk

140 gr Greek yogurt

1/2 avocado

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp matcha tea powder

Stevia to taste

Preparation method

Cut the avocado into pieces and put the pieces in the blender. Then also put the Greek yogurt, protein powder, matcha and stevia in the blender. Finally, pour the almond milk into the blender. Turn on the blender and mix. Divide the shake between two glasses and enjoy!
